Over PLN 36 Million for IIMCB’s RACE-PRIME Project from FNP

The IIMCB has received PLN 36.3 million in funding from the Foundation for Polish Science under the International Research Agendas programme to implement the RACE-PRIME project — a continuation and complement to the Horizon Europe–funded RACE project. RACE-PRIME will develop innovative research on infectious and rare diseases, supported by international partners from UEDIN and VIB, and coordinated by Prof. Gracjan Michlewski and Prof. Marta Miączyńska. The initiative will enable the recruitment of six new research teams, strengthen Core Facilities, and support the Institute’s long-term development strategy.
